EVENT DETAILS: Pizza Night & Childrens Disco

Dear Families

RSVP for the pizza night & disco is now closed. Catering has been finalised based on confirmed RSVP’s so please pay your $20 prior to the night.
We have had an overwhelming response with 42 families attending; 80 adults and 62 children.
Thank you to those families showing their support towards this centre fundraising initiative.

Don’t forget to bring:
- Wine glasses and bottle openers
- Loose change for the $200 meat tray raffle. $2 per ticket or 3 for $5
- Loose change for the kids popper juices available for purchase at $1
- Your dancing shoes

A variety of pizzas will be delivered on the night for your enjoyment

6.15pm – Kids pizzas served
6.30pm – Adult pizzas served

Due to catering purposes, we cannot accept late RSVP.

For those who are coming along, your $20 is to be paid prior to the night to Krista or Vicky in the office.

Due to the large attendance numbers, we would prefer people not to pay on arrival.

We have two big pieces of news for you today.

Our next fundraising event is just around the corner! If you are after a fun night out and an opportunity to raise some much needed

funds for the centre, come along to the Drag Bingo-A-Go-Go and Live Auction Night at the Greyhound Hotel on Wednesday 6th June from 8pm.

See the attached flyer for all the details.

Tickets will be available for sale at the upcoming Pizza and Kids Disco Night or from the office from this Friday.

The second piece of news is that our BFCCC Facebook page is up and running.

BFCCC Pizza Night & Disco – 1 week to go

The BFCCC Pizza Night is being proudly supported by Crust Gourmet Pizza, Bentleigh

With only 1 week to go until the Family Pizza Night and Children’s Disco, please RSVP to Krista or Vicky by Wednesday 16th May.
Due to catering purposes, we are unable to accommodate late RSVP so please don’t miss out.

Attendance is only $20 per family. The night will include:
- Freshly made pizza kindly supplied by Crust Bentleigh
- A Glowstick bracelet for the children

- A disco floor, lights and music for the children (and adults!!)

- A bubble machine

- A special performance by the Galaxy Room children not to be missed

PLUS

- A $200 meat tray to raffle on the night

- Fruit juice poppers available to purchase

- BYO alcohol permitted

BFCCC General Meeting – 23rd May 2012

Dear Families

The 3rd General Meeting will take place on Wednesday 23rd May at 8.00pm.

Please confirm your attendance / non attendance by completing the sheet at the front door entrance.

We would also like to give all families a friendly reminder of your co-operative centre requirement to attend at least 3 General Meetings a year.

An agenda will be issued prior to the meeting.
